Join us for a Humanist Crafternoon! We’ll be decorating tree ornaments for the Everson Museum’s Festival of Trees & Light, while also celebrating Carl Sagan’s birthday with Apple Pie. Ornament-creation supplies will be provided.

This will be our third year donating a tree to the Everson Museum for their winter fundraiser. Find out more about the Everson Museum Festival of Trees & Light here.

Our tree’s theme is “Humanlight”! Find out more about the Humanist winter holiday here.

Why Apple pie? One of Carl Sagan’s many well-known quotes is, “If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe.” If you’re feeling creative/industrious, we encourage you to bring an apple pie (or apple-pie-adjacent snack) to share.

All are welcome. See you there!
